Good to Know
Frequently Asked Questions

How early should I arrive?+
We encourage arriving about an hour early, mainly to leave room for parking — the lot details are under 'Where do I park?' below, and ticket holders receive an email with parking instructions four days before each concert. That extra time means you can find your seats, enjoy a drink, and take pictures before the concert rather than hurrying in as the lights go down.
Will there be a pre-concert lecture?+
Even better — Maestro Parnther explains each piece from the stage during the concert, so there's no need for a separate lecture.
Where do I park?+
At the Performing Arts Center, parking is on the Cal State San Bernardino campus, where permits are required at all times — a daily permit is $10 and can be bought through the ParkMobile app (zone 7001) or at any campus parking dispenser, and lots reserved for special events are handled separately, so follow the instructions in the email ticket holders receive four days before the concert. The California Theatre has a security-patrolled parking structure across the street off E Street, plus parking behind the theater. At Valley College, free lots across from each venue are held for us on performance evenings.
Are there discounts on tickets?+
Yes — multi-concert packages save up to 35%, student and military tickets are always $15, and groups of 10 or more can contact the office for the best deal.
I can't find my ticket!+
No worries — call the office with the name used to purchase and we'll resend the email or hold them at will call. We answer phones from noon on concert day.
